Live Stock Returns
We do not accept any returns on livestock. This includes all corals available on our website. Please contact the individual seller to ask any questions about the coral in mind. We advise it is always best to carry out your own research too.
Success is at the forefront of everyones mind when it comes to livestock. If a coral arrives dead you must contact the seller in 2 hours of the item arriving. It is imperative that you follow the advice of the seller to receive your refund. The seller needs to be notified in writing with a picture attached showing the item in the original bag sealed. If contact is made after 2 hours then a refund is automatically declined unless at the sellers discretion.
When a refund has been granted your refund will be actioned by the seller within 72 hours excluding the cost of postage. Stripe payment portal allows a further 7 working days for funds to hit your bank account.
We always recommend you acclimate any livestock that you introduce into your tank however we do not take any responsibility of the item once it has been opened.
Refunds are 100% between the seller and the buyer we do not have access to the sellers account system. If you wish to report an unfair seller you can do so here. We work on a 3 strike policy.
