Due to work commitments, all orders will be posted out on MONDAYS. This means you will need to be home and available to sign for the delivery on TUESDAYS. The delivery usually arrives between 9am to 1am but expect it anytime between 8am and 4pm. You will also receive a tracking number via e-mail (check junk folder) . We can arrange a Tuesday that suits you and i am happy to hold the corals for 4 weeks.
If you want to combine the postage for the corals please add them to your basket and then select checkout.
IMPORTANT: No deliveries will be made until contact with you has been made via email and a delivery day has been agreed on.
All corals will be shipped in a waterproof plastic container or doubled bagged. They will be placed in an insulated poly box to keep the corals at a stable temperature. If needed, a 40 hour heat pack will be packed (usually if temperatures are dropping below 12 degrees during the night) .
Once we have agreed on a day that the corals can be received, they will be sent out on a ‘guaranteed next day before 1 pm’ delivery slot.
Shipments can be sent on Mondays for delivery on Tuesday. This is something we must discuss together as you will have to have someone available at the property to sign for delivery and I need to be able to make it to the post office in time for posting.
Please bear in mind that delivery’s, although guaranteed for next day, may not arrive next day. This does not happen often but I do pack the corals to survive a two day trip if this were to happen. Therefore, someone may need to be at the property the day after the agreed delivery date. All DOA terms will still apply for a two day delivery.
No Friday deliveries due to any delays at the post office which could mean a Monday arrival.
All deliveries must be signed for on the first attempt so please ensure someone is available to receive them.
Failure to accept them on the first attempt will void the DOA policy.
